Sewing for Beginners: A Crash Course (Wednesday Nights)
In this four-session class, we’ll cover everything you need to know to successfully complete a sewing project from start to finish.
In this crash course, we’ll cover the basic tenets of sewing by machine, including:
textile basics and fabric selection
sewing tools
sewing patterns and instructions
sewing machine operation
As a starter project, we’ll complete a lightweight denim cross-back apron lined with a plaid cotton. All materials for the apron are included in the price of the class.
Each session will meet on a Thursday from 6:30-8:00 PM once a week for four weeks. The dates are as follows:
